Delivery Service

You may enjoy free delivery service upon purchase of HK$400 or above (after discount applied).
Super Farm personally deliver your orders, without using any third-party logistic service to ensure quality & safety of your goods.

Orders are required to pick up at building entrance if no lift provided.

Additional fee of HK$120 will be added for deliveries to Discovery Bay.

Same Day / Next Day Delivery

Same day deliveries are only offered for orders made before 11am otherwise the order will be delivered next day.

Delivery Time

Monday to Saturday, 10am - 6pm

All customers must choose a delivery date upon order check-out. Please make sure there is somebody at home to collect the goods between 10am-4pm on your chosen date.
If you have a preferred time for delivery, you can put it in the remarks section when you check out, or simply contact our Customer Service via Whatsapp +852-66338638.
We will try our best to match your preference subject to our arrangement of the day.

For Local Pick-ups

Pick up location
1/F, Blue Box Factory Building, 25 Hing Wo Street, Tin Wan.Pick up location is on the first floor (Open level, the pick up location is accessible from the side of the building).

Access is available via Tin Wan Close. Drive to the end of the road (Past the Recycle Centre).
Parking is available at the end of Tin Wan Close.

Public Transport / Walk
Access to the building can be either through walking to the end of Tin Wan Close and then turning left at the end of the road.
Or walking up Hing Wo Street into the Blue Box Factory premises the turning right once you past the gate and walking up to our warehouse entrance.

Weather Delays

Red rain, black rain or typhoon 8

If red rain, black rain or T8 has been hoisted, all SUPER FARM’s deliveries will be put on hold until further notice.
This means your order may be delayed and rescheduled. Our customer service manager will contact you via WhatsApp for new arrangements.
