Falkland’s Wild-caught Antarctic Patagonian Toothfish
Our patagonian toothfish is 100% wildcaught. This fish is extremely succulent, buttery, and flaky, with a mild sweet flavor. Its high fat content and broad, snow-white flakes offer a clean, sweet taste with hints of umami. It’s most commonly described as the “wagyu” of fishes.
