Cured with brown sugar and sea salt, Loch Fyne’s Classic Smoked Salmon, winner of the Great Taste Awards 2020 2 stars, is gently smoked over oak shavings from retired whisky casks resulting in a mild, graceful flavour and moist texture.

SERVING NOTES

This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Classic Smoked Salmon. Simply delicious with brown bread, butter and lemon wedges or scrambled eggs.

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.

STORAGE

Store in a refrigerator at 0° to 4° C. Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not exceed the use by date.
