Hong Kong Style Baked Kurobuta Pork Chop Rice
Ingredients

Onions 50g
Carrots 50g
Tomatoes 200g
Mushrooms 1pack
(Cut vegetables for use )
Tomato sauce 100g
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour Random
Cheese Random
Fried Rice
Rice 2 bowl
Egg 2 pcs
Fried Rice Directions :
Oil the pan, and with medium heat, stir fry beaten eggs & rice for about 5 minutes, Then, set aside.
Pork Chop Directions :
1/ Defrost the pork chop, and pat it dry with a paper towel. Tenderise pork using the back of the knife, until slightly flattened.
2/ Coat the pork chop with egg, then with flour.
Oil the pan and grill both sides until it is 70-80% cooked. With your fried rice base ready, cut the pork chop into slices and layer on top of the bed of fried rice.
Sauce Directions :
Oil the pan, add chopped onions & carrots, and fry for 2 minutes. Then, add tomatoes and mushrooms to the mixture, and season with salt & pepper. Stir fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Once the sauce is ready, pour over the pork chop slices and fried rice.
Sprinkle some cheese, and bake for 7-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
