We work with HACCP and ISO 22000 certified food factory provider to be able to offer portioned cut products. If you purchase bulk products you can contact us for requests for portion cutting and slicing.

Chilled meats should be stored between 0°C to 4°C. Frozen meats should be stored at -18°C
Where do you source your products from?
Where do you source your products from?
Majority of our fresh and frozen meat products are sourced directly from source. We work with Hong Kong major distributors to only sell the best quality meats.
All our imported meats are approved the Food and Health Department and meet
strict import guidelines.

We have a wide range of Halal certified meats. These are indicated with a halal certificate from the individual plants which had processed the meat.

Shipping
When will I receive my order?
When will I receive my order?
Orders are fullfilled within 1-2 days from ordering. On checkout choose local pickup or local delivery and select the date you wish for delivery.
Delivery timings are
between 10am to 4:30pm.
We do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time, but due to routing logistics, we may not always be able to guarantee delivery at a specific time. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs:
Orders under $400: $100 delivery fee applies.
Orders over $400: Enjoy free delivery!
Local pickup: Skip the fees and collect your order for free from our Super Farm store or warehouse.
Discovery Bay deliveries: An additional $100 fee applies due to location logistics.
We’re here to make your experience as convenient as possible while ensuring your orders arrive fresh and on time!
