These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Super Farm Foods Gift Cards and Digital e-Gift Cards (collectively, "Gift Cards"). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Super Farm Foods Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Redemption and Eligibility
- Online and Digital Channels Only: Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively for digital orders placed via the official Super Farm Foods web storefront (www.superfarm.com.hk) or through official Super Farm WhatsApp Group private orders.
- No In-Store Use: Gift Cards cannot be processed or accepted in person at our physical retail storefront location.
- All Products Eligible: The gift card balance can be successfully applied to any product offered by Super Farm Foods, including premium meat cuts, hotpot sets, seafood, bulk buys, daily specials, and exclusive WhatsApp group deals.
- Combining Cards: Multiple Gift Cards can be combined and applied toward a single online checkout transaction.
- Currency: All gift card values, transactions, and balances are maintained and calculated strictly in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
2. Balance and Expiry
- Validity Period: Super Farm Foods Gift Cards remain valid for exactly three (3) years (36 months) from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be automatically forfeited.
- Residual Balance: If a purchase does not fully consume the gift card balance, the remaining funds will stay tied to the card code for future digital orders until the original expiration date.
- Checking Balance: Cardholders can verify their remaining card balance and explicit expiration date by logging into their customer profile at www.superfarm.com.hk or by contacting our customer care team via WhatsApp.
3. Restrictions and Limitations
- Non-Cash Exchange: Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold. They are non-redeemable for physical cash or bank credit, unless explicitly required under Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) consumer protection legislation.
- Promotional Exclusions: Gift Cards cannot be utilized to purchase secondary gift cards, corporate bundles, or promotional gift vouchers.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
- Cash Equivalent: Please safeguard your digital e-gift card emails, codes, and activation credentials. Super Farm Foods treats Gift Cards as physical cash.
- Liability Limitation: Super Farm Foods is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized usage of gift cards. Replacement codes or balance restorations will not be provided.
5. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Super Farm Foods reserves the right to amend these guidelines as needed to comply with updated local regulations.
